Location
Mojácar is a short 2 - 3 hour flight from the UK and Ireland and you can get here from Alicante, Almería or Murcia airports. All are easily accessible along almost empty motorways. We provide clear to follow directions. Almeria airport 55 minutes drive, Alicante airport 1.75 hours drive and Murcia also 1.75 hours drive.
There is an excellent bus service along the playa to Mojacar village and Garrucha, but we do recommended car hire if you wish to take advantage of the many places of interest to visit.
Skiing
Winter visitors may wish to take advantage of the close facilities available in the Sierra Nevada - just 20 mins drive from Granada (which is approximately 1.75 hrs. drive from Mojacar).
Golf
SUPERB GOLF: 1 mile to Marina de la Torre 18 holes (par 72) with magnificent views along the coastline and mountains of Cabrera. 11 miles to Desert Springs 18 hole, The only golf course on a desert in Europe (par 72). 5 miles to Valle del Este 18 holes (par 73) and 13 miles to Cortijo Grande 9 holes set in mountains and orange groves. Weather
You won't feel the cold, it's very mild in winter and you're guaranteed up to 330 days of sunshine throughout the year.
