  • We are private owners with a small portfolio of select properties in Mojacar and Marbella Spain In Dublin our properties are Registered with and Approved by the official Tourist Board.

    Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
    To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. whichever is most convenient for you.
    Utilities, VAT,TAXES, Final Cleaning, etc .ARE ALL INCLUDED but we do require a 100 euro damage deposit.


    Bank Holidays have a €50 surcharge.
  • Rates shown are for Double Occupancy
  • Extra person add € 50.00 Low season or €75.00 High Season
  • Reservations can be made by paying just 50% of the rental the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
  • We accept Sterling or Euro cheque payment and we are authorised to accept the Credit Cards... VISA or MASTERCARD. Or you may pay by BANK TRANSFER if you prefer.
  • A damage deposit of 100 euro is requested. If paying by Credit Card, the details can be used for this. Otherwise we ask for a separate cheque. This is not cashed unless actually needed, otherwise it is simply destroyed after your departure.
  • There is a €50.00 additional charge for Bank Holiday weekends.

Fantastic Apartment

This is my first review but I felt compelled to write this as the apartment was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is well equipped with ample wardrobe space, the balcony was perfect for evening tapas and drinks watching the sun set over the mountains.

The location couldn't be better as it's short walk to both the beach and the old town. There are some excellent 'local' shops (thanks Iverna!) where you can find fresh produce and a cheaper alternative to the expensive supermarket on the corner of the street. This was our second visit to Marbella, I wish we had booked this the first time!

Marbella studio apartment

As we came here on a business trip we didn't have but time in the apartment, but from what we saw of it we can say that it was really clean and neat. The apartment was at a really great location, right by the beach and with resturants and daily stores just across the street.

Everything was just as wonderful and perfect as described. We had a great stay and will surely be back if we ever are to visit this beautiful city again.

Perfect for our stay.

Great place in the most perfect/central area- in between the beach and the old town (orange square etc). Communication was simple and quick and our stay was made because we were in the such a central location.

Only thing is that I had to park about 10 mins walk away to avoid expensive parking fees. If you can do it without car there are many taxis around and Nikki Beach is only 15mins away. If you need a car- imagine being in central London with regards to parking!!

Back to the apartment though... everyone on the front desk is friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment had all the mod cons you require and we felt really comfortable and at home. Fab value for money in an area that is normally so expensive! Many thanks we will book again!! xx
