With two full size pools and super gardens opening directly onto the promenade and beach this is one of the best locations in Marbella.

A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square. We are surrounded by restaurants and bars making this is the ideal holiday apartment for the discerning traveller. Sorry no children under 12 years.

Well appointed and beautifully furnished it has Aircon, SKY TV, DVD, Dishwasher, washing machine etc , we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you.

We provide linen and towels etc but ask that you bring your own beach towels. Come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life..Lazy sunny days, shopping , visits to Puerto Banus.

Notes

  • We are private owners committed to providing excellent service. We have properties in Mojacar and Marbella Spain, we also have properties in Ireland, which are Registered with and Approved by the official Tourist Board.
    Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
    To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. so it really does just depend on whichever is most convenient for you.
    Our rates include Taxes, utilities, final clean, linen and towels.

    PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A € 65.00 ADDITION CHARGE FOR BANK HOLIDAYS
  • To facilitate a thorough cleaning between guests and ensure that the apartment is fresh and very well presented for new arrivals we are sorry that we are not available for occupancy until after 3pm and we ask that it should be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
    However whenever possible we will to our best to facilitate guests with early or late flights. Even if only to leave your luggage.
  • We request a £75.00 or €100 accidental damage deposit. We ask that this is sent as a separate cheque as it will only be cashed if there is actual damage or excessive cleaning required. We are delighted to say that this has actually never happened!
  • BUT Please note that as this is a NO SMOKING apartment should a guest smoke in the apartment this deposit will be used to fumigate the property for the next guest.
  • Please also note there is 50 euro surcharge for Bank Holiday/Public Holiday weekends.

Fabulous Sea View Location

Iverna What a beautiful location! The Sea Views were second to none and so relaxing. The sound of the waves was so calming.

The fabulous balconies are ideal for sunbathing, people watching, reading, the list is endless.,/

Very tastefully and well equipped apartment,very centrally located with everything you could need at your door step. Great beauty salon and hair salon across the road from the side entrance to SKOL and fantastic restaurants to suit every pocket within walking distance.

A walk up to the Old Town is not to be missed with its quaint side streets packed with shops. We will certainly be back Iverna and Thank you for all your assistance whilst booking.

This apart is all it says on the tin ,some of the best views in marbella spotless 2 Balconies with fantastic views.,very quite except for the sound of the waves caressing the beach below.

It is very central for a great selection of restaurants ,shopping ,buses and Orange Sq. For golfers there are many fine courses within 20 mins drive One of the best aparts i have stayed in and would highly recommend it

Beautiful central location fabulous sea views.

Marbella is a great cosmopolitan place to visit and this apartment is right in the centre.

The location is perfect and the apartment is to a very high specification, every where you look has beautiful views of the sea and coastline.

There are two lovely balconies facing the sea and in the evening it was very relaxing to just sit outside with a glass of wine. We will be booking again for next year.

The SKOL apartment on the seaside in Marbella was even more beautiful than we had anticipated. It was well-equipped, clean, tastefully and functionally furnished.

The two large balconies were perfect for watching the morning sunrises, enjoying the mid-day rays, people watching and delighting in the evening sunsets. The views were absolutely magnificent.

We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Typically, we had our morning and evening meals there and sampled the various nearby restaurants for our mid-day meals.

Our intention had been to make some side trips while in Marbella. However, we were enjoying your apartment and its surroundings so much that Gibraltar was our only excursion.

In Marbella, we strolled every day, enjoying the Paseo Maritimo seaside promenade, visiting the Old Town, exploring the parks and wandering through other areas.

However, the sun and the sea were the greatest magnets. During our last two full days at the apartment, the skies were partly grey Even during the stormy weather, we enjoyed the views of the now stormy seas. Breaks in the weather allowed us to continue our outdoor activities during portions of those darker days.

We loved Spain. The architecture, the art, the museums, the music, the food, the beverages, the varied scenery, the welcoming weather and the pleasant, helpful people all impressed us greatly.

We tell everyone we encounter how much we enjoyed Spain and we always rave about what a perfect apartment we had in Marbella.

We do hope to return some day--and if and when we do, we'll contact you well ahead of time to ensure that we are again able to stay in your ideal apartment.

Ideal Location On The Beach

The appartment is very well furnished and equipped and the location just couldn't be better. Set in lovely grounds right beside the beach and within a few minutes walk of a range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The balcony is particularly impressive with magnificent views of the sea and of the shoreline. Don't miss the old town which is less than ten minutes walk from the appartment and where you will find excellent restaurants and some lovely streets and buildings.

The old town has retained its spanish character and hosts several traditional festivals through the year. There is a very good bus service to Malaga and to local hill villages and a very regular service to Puerto Banus which is well worth a visit if only to see how the other half lives!

The building in which the appartment is located looks a bit jaded from the outside but the appartment itself has been fully modernised to a very high standard.

Beautiful, Bright & Airy

This is a fantastic apartment. It is spotless and bright and the views from the balcony are amazing!

The location, right on the seafront, is perfect. Restaurants and bars are on your doorstep and it is within easy walking distance of the old town. We found the owner to be excellent to deal with.

I have recommended this apartment to family and friends and, having stayed twice, can't wait to go back!

My partner and I stayed here for a week in Aug 2009 and highly recommend it to others.

The property was spotless, modern and the location was perfect. The two balconies are large and offer both sun and shade -perfect for an afternoon nap or glass of wine during sunset.

Skol Apt 14253

G D& B D Waterford, Ireland.

This apt was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable and also very secure. The location is excellent as it is central and on the promenade, but in particular the positioning is perfect ie on 3rd floor at the front and on the corner, so that the balcony is bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk.

The views are simply spectacular. One small quibble is that the bedroom is a little small but the large balcony off it (this apt has 2 balconies !) more than compensates. The owner was very efficient to deal with and everything worked a treat.

We would certainly recommend this apt to our friends and we will certainly stay there again.
