Our aim is to ensure your holiday or business trip is a truly enjoyable experience. 'Seaview ' is a period property located on Strand Road in exclusive Dublin 4, a prime residential area just 10 MINUTES (2.5 miles) from Dublin city centre. You can really enjoy the best of both worlds as we are opposite the glorious Sandymount Strand. We are on the Aircoach Route (stop is JUST 50 yards away) and just 8 Minutes walk to the DART station, on bus route to the city centre 10 minutes away (the stop is right outside)

If you prefer not to spend all your time in the city centre, local amenities include award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs, bank, chemists, boutique shops, beauty therapists and supermarkets clustered around the pretty Village Green. You will see for yourself why this is such a sought after neighbourhood.

We were two moms and two teen-aged girls visiting a college Junior at UCD for a week in early April and we stayed at the "super seaside Mews". It could not have been a more perfect spot for us. The apartment itself was lovely and exactly what we needed. A very short cab ride (Hailo) to the center of Dublin and easy access to the bus and the DART made it extremely convenient for our sightseeing plans. Sandymount is a lovely village within easy walking distance with a supermarket and great restaurants. Iverna was extremely responsive and I (we) would highly recommend staying there!!!

Not wanting to stay in the city, I found the Mews in the quaint village of Sandymount. This 2 bedroom, beachfront garden apt was perfect for my families needs. The small kitchen afforded us to prepare a big breakfast before we ventured out to busy , history rich city centre. The owner, Iverna introduced herself and answered any questions we had .The perfect hostess ,Iverna assured us she was available at any point during our stay if we needed anything.She also made the booking process tremendously easy from across the pond. Sandymount village and its people were amazing. We miss it and hope someday to return. Thanks Iverna

This is such a nice place to stay — we have two children and we all love it so much that we keep coming back! The flat is very cosy and has everything you could possibly need to make your holiday enjoyable.

Iverna, the owner, lives right by and is always available in case you need help.

You are literally in front of the strand which is wonderful to go for long walks on. Sandymount village is a 5 minute stroll away and has a great selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. We love the breakfasts and brunches in Java Café! And if that's not enough for you, the bus stops just outside the flat and will take you right into the centre of Dublin city in 15 minutes.

So, all in all, if you're looking for a great place to stay for a trip to Dublin or Ireland, don't look any further!

Our first visit to Dublin and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed. It would comfortably cater for four adults, with comfortable beds for all - and two bedrooms - one double, one single. There was even a fresh vase of flowers to greet us on arrival. An extra bonus was being able to step out into the sheltered patio to relax and enjoy meals in the sunshine. Sandymount is a perfect location for those wanting to escape the bustle and noise of Dublin itself. We had the beach just across the road, and the peaceful character of the village to enjoy and a handy supermarket for our self-catering - yet were just a short walk from the bus stop, with frequent buses into the centre of Dublin (about a fifteen minute journey).

It was a wonderful week - this apartment thoroughly recommended.

We stayed here for the Christmas period and it was absolutely fantastic. We have small children and they love coming here. Little touches like Christmas decorations made us really feel at home.It's hard to describe how special the location is — the amazing Sandymount Strand is literally on your doorstep, the village has a brilliant selection of restaurants, pubs and small craft shops as well as a supermarket, and at the same time all the wonders of Dublin City are only 20 mins away on the bus! We love staying here and are always happy to come back. Thanks Iverna for letting this great property!

Wonderfully spacious elegant and well furnished two bedroom apartments in a renovated Period property in Dublins premier residential area. Located opposite the gorgeous Sandymount Strand with its beautiful promenade. Each well appointed apartment has its own entrance and private garden with barbecue. This is the ideal base to enjoy all the delights of Dublin. You will enjoy being able to walk on the beach after a day shopping in town or relax after visiting The National Gallery, Theatres, Museums etc..

It is just a short stroll along the seafront to the charming Sandymount Village with its quaint ' Green,' and award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs and small shops and supermarkets. see for yourself why this is the most sought after residential area in Dublin.

Unrestricted On Street Parking, close to the DART station and next door to the bus stop. As we are on the Aircoach route the stop is just 50 paces away!
