Our aim is to ensure your holiday or business trip is a truly enjoyable experience. 'Seaview ' is a period property located on Strand Road in exclusive Dublin 4, a prime residential area just 10 MINUTES (2.5 miles) from Dublin city centre. You can really enjoy the best of both worlds as we are opposite the glorious Sandymount Strand . We are on the Aircoach Route (stop is JUST 50 yards away) and just 8 Minutes walk to the DART station, on bus route to the city centre 10 minutes away (the stop is right outside)
If you prefer not to spend all your time in the city centre, local amenities include award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs, bank, chemists boutique shops, beauty therapists and supermarkets clustered around the pretty Village Green. You will see for yourself why this is such a sought after neighbourhood.

A real home from home! Wether you want a quiet getaway or close enough to join the city buzz. Easily accesable from Dublin airport (20 mins to the door) & 5 mins from ferry terminal, Regular buses to city 2mins from doorstep.
The owner was very welcoming and helpful and easily contactable. We went with our 2 sons and will DEFINATLEY stay here again and would recomend to everyone!.
This was our second year staying at Seaview, once again a brilliant year. Weather was fantastic for a walk along the beach, our little dog loved it. Sandymount Village has everything that you need, which is just 5 minutes walk, beautiful bar lunches in Sandymount House. Transport into Dublin City Centre is right on the doorstep, and have easy access for disabled passengers in wheelchairs.
People are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the garden apartment and would highly recommend Seaview for a family holiday, the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, parking off main for the garden apartment.
Easy access for disabled and very pet friendly. Easy for touring Dun Laoghaire and Wicklow by car or train. Once again would highly recommend Seaview and we are hoping to go back next year. Family from Ayrshire,Scotland.
We stayed in this beautifully furnished two bedroomed apartment and just loved it. After a full day sight seeing we just loved that the television had all the channels, the kitchen had a microwave and the beds were comfortable.
The first thing that hit us about this apartment was that the furniture, pictures, lights, etc. were all new so there was a lovely clean feel about the place. The owner was very helpful giving us advice on good restaurants, places of interest, prices, etc.
The bus to the city centre leaves from a stop seconds from the house. It couldn't have been more convenient. There is a lovely beach with great nature walks just in front of the house and Sandymount village which has absolutely everything is just a five minute walk away.
We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish and we would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a stress free holiday.
The apartment is just facing the bay of Dublin. Bus stops are really close to the apartment and drive you to the center within a few minutes.
This apartment is a perfect startpoint to discover Dublin and a restful home when the evening comes.
This is a lovely little apartment in a superb location. The apartment is right across from the beach and a walkers (and dog’s) dream. Sandymount village is minute’s walk away which has everything you would need – lovely restaurants, pubs, shops & coffee spots. You can walk into the city center in about 30 minutes. We fell so much in love with the area that we stayed here and are now renting in the area!
The apartment itself has everything you would need – it’s clean, comfortable and cozy. It has a lovely garden yard which my dogs enjoyed immensely and the landlady was extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Located opposite the gorgeous Sandymount Strand with its beautiful promenade. Each well appointed apartment has its own entrance and private garden with barbecue. This is the ideal base to enjoy all the delights of Dublin. You will enjoy being able to walk on the beach after a day shopping in town or relax after visiting The National Gallery, Theatres, Museums etc..
It is just a short stroll along the seafront to the charming Sandymount Village with its quaint ' Green,' and award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs and small shops and supermarkets. see for yourself why this is the most sought after residential area in Dublin.
Unrestricted On Street Parking, close to the DART station and next door to the bus stop. As we are on the Aircoach route the stop is just 50 paces away!
